If you would like to workout and have your scores validated by Valley Crossfit you will need to reserve your desired workout heat time online. We will be using Sign Up Genius.
Sign Up Genius is an online scheduler that is very user friendly.
To get started, all you have to do is to go to signupgenius.com. Select the tab at the top of the page that says "Find A Sign Up" and type in my email address becca@valleycrossfit.com. Follow the online instructions and signup.
